220 km from Paris, you are in the heart of Burgundy, at the gates of Ancy-le-Franc, Tonnerre, Chablis, Noyers-sur-Serein and Auxerre. But also, a beautiful cycling stopover on the Burgundy canal and right next to the Tanlay golf course (Golfy reception).

L'Instant Present, establishment of rooms and table d'hôtes and tourist rentals, welcomes you to the charming village of Pacy-sur-Armançon in Yonne.
We will advise you on your walks to discover the heritage, wines and gastronomy of the region.

L’instant Present is a beautiful residence from the 1800s to which we were keen to restore its former glory. The work undertaken on the facade allowed us to rediscover the original stones that make up the building.
​
First grocery store, then hotel restaurant, hotel bar restaurant, this house continues with us to accommodate your desire for vacations, calm and taste pleasures.
The existing rooms have been completely renovated and decorated for your comfort and new rooms have been created.
​
In the house, you will find three bedrooms on the 1st floor.
The extension of the house, connected by a large and beautiful terrace, houses two bedrooms and two independent apartments (Gîtes les hirondelles 1 and 2).
These are directly accessible from the courtyard.
Breakfast is commonly served between 8:30 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.,
but we adapt and can of course serve it to you sooner
or later, with service ending at noon.

Dinner is served at 8:00 p.m. and you can before, weather permitting,
enjoy the terrace for an aperitif.
​

We welcome you from 16h(exceptionally earlier on request).
Please let us know your ap timeapproximate arrival,
in case we need to be away.

Rooms must be vacated before 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
It is possible to add an extra bed
in rooms 1, 3 and 5, les Hirondelles 1 and 2 for a rate of €15(10€ for travel cots).

SERVICES
Private parking :
Free parking is available inside the property at 1A rue Basse.
at 1A rue Basse (indicate rue Basse on your GPS).
For access to rooms 1, 2 or 3, parking spaces are available
are available in front of the main house at 4 grande rue.
Cyclists and bikers welcome:
We have a secure bike or motorbike storage area where you can keep your
your precious mounts.
Bicycles available on site:
We provide our guests with good quality bicycles free of charge
so that you can enjoy the surrounding area and, above all
along the Burgundy canal.
Pets welcome on request:
We accept pets in our gîtes (Les hirondelles 1 and 2) when they are of a reasonable size and when they accept our cats Nina and Shana. In the gîtes, they will be more comfortable with direct access to the outside.
However, they are not allowed in the communal areas.
We ask for a supplement of 10€ per night (sliding scale over several nights).
Their owners will remain responsible for any damage caused.

Wi-fi is available in the rooms, flats and public areas of the house.
